Recommended Use

Directions
Adults – Take one (1) capsule, one (1) or two (2) times per day with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Do not use this product if you are taking nitroglycerin or antibiotics. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use of this product if you are taking any medication including blood pressure medications.

Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience symptoms of serious low blood sugar such as sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and confusion, or develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and loss of appetite. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
Contraindications
Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking nitroglycerin or antibiotics.
Side Effects
Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience symptoms of serious low blood sugar such as sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and confusion, or develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and loss of appetite. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported.
