Vitamin D3, also known as the “sunshine vitamin” is an essential fat-soluble vitamin that is naturally present in very few foods. Although classified as a vitamin, it should be considered a prohormone because it is involved in many metabolic processes in the body. GNA Fast Absorb Liquid D3 is emulsified and blended with organic sunflower oil. Vitamin D3 is important as a daily supplement helping with bone health, immune function, cell production, mood and hormone health.

Recommended Dose
Adults: Take 1 drop once daily or as directed by your health practitioner. To be taken with an adequate intake of calcium.
Cautions and Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have kidney disorders, or take other vitamin D supplements, multivitamin supplements containing vitamin D, or products containing vitamin D analogues or take any prescription medica tions including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins or thiazide diuretics. 15-20 mcg (600-800 IU) of vitamin D per day is adequate for most individuals. Consult a health care practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product.
Contraindications
Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria.
Known Adverse Reactions
Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if weak ness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness occur which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia or if you have any other side effects.
