Medicinal Ingredients
Choline (from Choline Bitartrate) 250 mg
Inositol (Zea mays-Corn) 250 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Capsule (gelatin, water), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source)
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1-3 times daily with meals.
Warnings:
Do not take this supplement at the same time as supplemental Calcium, zinc and/or iron as Phytic acid (the form of inositol found in foods) may interfere with the absorption of minerals, especially calcium, zinc, and iron. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. May cause nausea, tiredness, headache, dizziness and gastrointestinal distress. Keep out of reach of children.
