Each capsule contains:
Medicinal Ingredients
Coenzyme Q10 (Ubidecarenone) 100 mg
Hawthorn Berry (Crataegus oxyacantha) (Dried Fruit) 400 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water).
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with meals. Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
