A source of Folic Acid that may help prevent neural tube defects when taken prior to becoming pregnant or in early stages of pregnancy. Helps to produce red blood cells and is a factor in the maintenance of good health. Helps the body to metabolize proteins.
Each tablet contains:
Medicinal Ingredients
Folic acid (folate) 1 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Calcium phosphate, micro-crystalline cellulose, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
1 tablet daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
Folate supplementation can mask a Vitamin B12 deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are uncertain whether or not you are taking adequate Vitamin B12. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children.
