Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cinnamomum cassia bark extract, barley grass, dipotassium carbonate, potassium sulfate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.
Suggested Use: Adults: Take 2 capsules, once daily with food. Ensure fluid intake is maintained.
Duration of Use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 7 days. Occasional use only for heartburn/excess stomach acid, gastric headaches and dyspepsia.
Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist of worsen. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other health products which may aggravate electrolyte balance. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, a kidney disorder, faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhea. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac medications, blood thinners, undergoing hormone replacement therapy or taking birth control medicine.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease (e.g. Crohn’s disease or Ulcerative Colitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes, hemorrhoids or diarrhea. Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine because the effectiveness of the other medicine may be altered. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
