Adults: To help relieve pain and stiffness associated with osteoarthritis take two capsules daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 months.

Having used this product for nearly two weeks, I feel I can safely say that it reduces my arthritis pain. I’m taking one per day so far – might step up the dosage .
