For a 20 minute bath, add one capful to tub (water temperature should be between 37-38C) or massage evenly over entire body, leaving on 30 minutes before shower. When applying massage oil, add warm water over the area of your oil. Keep applying warm water. This product is highly concentrated and you do not need to repeat adding massage oil, just keep adding warm water to same area that you applied the massage oil.
