The Linden bud (or Tilia Tomentosa) is an excellent purifier for the nervous system. As a body detoxifying agent, it helps eliminate excess cholesterol and uric acid while promoting weight loss. Tilia Tomentosa also has a soothing action to reduce anxiety. It promotes and increases the duration of sleep, especially in children. Its anti-inflammatory action is effective in cases of gastritis and spasmodic colic.
Medicinal ingredient (for 1 drop):
– Tilia tomentosa 1DH (1:200) 0.05 ml
– equivalent to 0.25 mg of Silver Linden buds
Non-medicinal ingredients:
– Glycerol
– Alcohol
– Purified water
– Generally, 10 to 15 drops are used in a glass of water (you can start with 10 and increase gradually).
– You can take it 1 to 3 times a day (we often start with once a day and gradually increase).
– It is recommended to leave it in the mouth for a few seconds.
– Take on an empty stomach, before meals or bedtime.
– Do not use if seal is broken.
– Keep out of reach of children.
– Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
