Vaccinium Vitis-Idaea or the Lingonberry bud is mainly recommended for relieving hot flashes and other problems associated with menopause. Due to its properties, it facilitates the assimilation of calcium, thus fighting osteoporosis. It is also a versatile anti-aging remedy that acts on the aging of skin tissue. Medicinal ingredient (for 1 drop):
– Vaccinium vitis-idaea 1DH (1:200) 0.05 ml
– equivalent to 0.25 mg of young Cranberry shoots.
Non-medicinal ingredients:
– Glycerol
– Alcohol
– Purified water
Adults (over 12 years old)
Take 50 drops, 3 times daily in a glass of water or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
