Adult Dosage
Take one capsule daily half an hour before a meal, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner.
Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking acetaminophen, hypersensitive or allergic to cinnamon or Peruvian balsam or if you suffer from acid reflux, stomach or intestinal ulcers, liver disease or alcoholism. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you experience symptoms of hypoglycemia including feelings of anxiety, dizziness or confusion, tremor, sweating, paleness, chills, nausea or headache (as these may be symptoms of low blood sugar); or in the case of an allergic reaction. May cause irritation of the gastric mucous membranes and reflux. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have a kidney disorder, diabetes, or for use beyond 6 months. This product is not suitable for children.
