Directions
Adults – Take one (1) capsule, three (3) times per day with meals providing protein. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Drug Interactions
Do not use if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking any medication including blood thinners

Cautions & Warnings
As with any natural health product, you should consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use, especially if you are taking any medication including blood thinners or if you have a medical condition including kidney stones, gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, diabetes, iron deficiency, a history of non-melanoma skin cancer or a liver disorder, or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as abdominal pain, dark urine or jaundice. If you are taking prescription medication, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience symptoms of serious low blood sugar such as sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and confusion, or develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and loss of appetite. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.

Contraindications
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.
