I consumed this product over the course of 6 weeks and did not notice any changes in digestion or assimilation. I did notice changes with another product. I would not recommend this product for anyone seeking digestive support. The digestive enzymes industry is a growing, multi-billion dollar industry, I am not confident this brand is helpful at this stage.
