Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus (STY-31), Lactobacillus delbrueckii (LBY-27), dextrose, vegetable magnesium stearate, water-soluble cellulose, titanium dioxide.
Contains no salt (NaCl), starch, gluten, artificial flavours or preservatives.
Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily with a meal and a glass of water. When travelling: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily. Start two days before departure and continue two days after return. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. If symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Do not use this product if you have an immune compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). This product has come into contact with milk. Do not use if you have a milk allergy.
