Pomona Calcium Packet 1 Ounce specially formulated for making low-sweetener jam and jelly. Only to be used with POMONA PECTIN
Pomona’s Pectin is activated by calcium, not by sugar, so calcium must be present in the mixture for the fruit to jell. Contains one 1-ounce packet of calcium powder. A small, measured amount of calcium water is needed for all Pomona’s recipes.
