NOW’s Passion Flower Extract helps to provide temporary relief from nervousness and feelings of stress. Passion Flower is used in traditional medicine to help aid in sleep issues due to mental stress and insomnia. NOW’s Passion Flower is free of soy, dairy, gluten, and nuts.
Each capsule contains:
Passion Flower Extract (Passiflora incarnata) 350 mg
(Flower & Aerial parts) (4:1 Extract) (Standardized to 3.5% Flavonoids as Vitex and Isovitexin)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily as needed.
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
