Medicinal Ingredients:
Valerian (3:1) extract 133.34 mg
(Valeriana officinalis, root and rhizome) equivalent to 400 mg of dried herb.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Soybean oil, soy lecithin, yellow beeswax, gelatin, glycerin, natural caramel colour, titanium dioxide.
Contains no salt, gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives.
Adults: Take 3 softgels 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), if symptoms persist or worsen, or prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of consumption.
