Prevention: 1 capsule per day 2 months before the onset of allergens and for the entire allergic period
During acute infection: 2 to 4 capsules per day, until the symptoms disappear
Step 1: Take the blister out of the carton

Step 4: Take the contents of the capsule under the tongue
