Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
Step 1: Take the blister out of the carton
Step 2: Take a capsule according to the number
Step 3: Open the capsule
Step 4: Take the contents of the capsule under the tongue
Warnings:
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. This product contains lactose. Cases of lactose intolerance have been reported in children and adolescents. Although the amount in the capsules is theoretically insufficient to trigger the symptoms of intolerance, consult your doctor if you develop diarrhea.
