Adults: Take 5 capsules 3 times per day with 250 ml of water. Produces bowel movement in 12-72 hours. In addition, drink 6 to 8 glasses of liquid each day unless otherwise instructed by a physician.

Warnings:
Do not take any type of laxative for more than 1 week, unless your healthcare practitioner has ordered a special schedule for you. Do not take laxatives within 2 hours of another medicine because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced. Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow in dry form.
Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever or vomiting (this refers to signs of appendicitis or inflamed bowel). Not intended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Not intended for use by children.
