Medicinal Ingredients
Calcium (from Calcium Citrate) 300 mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide & Magnesium Aspartate) 150 mg
Vitamin D (from Ergocalciferol) (200 IU) 5 mcg
Zinc (from Zinc *HVP chelate) 7.5 mg
Copper (from Copper (II) *HVP chelate) 0.5 mg
Manganese (from Manganese (II) *HVP chelate) 2.5 mg
*HVP = Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica, and Tablet Coating (hypromellose, titanium dioxide, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source)).
Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet 1-3 times daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Warnings:
Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a liver disorder. Some people may experience diarrhoea. Keep out of reach of children.
