Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate) 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Tablet Coating [water, hypromellose, stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate], Hyprolose, Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica
Adolescent and Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet 3 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
