Each capsule contains:
Medicinal Ingredients
GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid) 500 mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridixine Hydrochloride) 2 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Rice Flour, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule 2 or 3 times daily as needed, preferably with juice or water on an empty stomach.
Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking prescription anti-anxiety medications, or have epilepsy. Keep out of reach of children.
