Efamol EPO is product all in itself, and way better than any other EPO. This company spends millions on R&D and treats their oil “like gold” ( a technician there once told me) so it is potent and not oxidized. I first used it for menstrual cycles that seemed to stop after childbirth. With Efamol EPO my cycles resumed. I ran out once and tried another brand and it did not help my cycles. It helps me with a non-systemic skin condition also that is characterized by tiny fissures, and when I take Efamol EPO that symptom is far better, Efamol EPO helps to suppress the immune system so it isn’t so hyper active as with auto immune symptoms. Ike eczema. I take 8 day, books that help like Secrets of Evening Primrose Oil suggest 4, so it varies. I have read that Efamol EPO used to be a prescription medication for eczema in England. It doesn’t seem to be as well known in the States as elsewhere.

I have been using evening primrose oil for 40 years, originally for pms. Since then it keeps my skin moisturized. When I have tried to do without, my scalp becomes itchy and flaky. For many years, Efamol was hard to find. I tried other brands, also borage oil–helpful yet not as high quality as Efamol. So glad I found it at Feel Good!!!
