These should be sprouted for 2-5 days in a sprout bag or jar and will yield a sprout that is 1-2 times the size of the berry.
They can be ground into sprout dough for making sprout breads, cookies or crackers or the seeds can be pulverized into flour.
The seeds can also be soaked and planted in trays with soil for making beautiful grass (10 days).
