Traditional Medicinal Eater’s Digest Peppermint Tea Ingredients

Medicinal ingredients: Each tea bag (1.75g) contains: Organic peppermint leaf (Mentha x piperita) 875 mg*, organic ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale) 175 mg, organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) 140 mg, organic alfalfa herb (Medicago sativa) 140 mg*, papaya leaf (Carica papaya) 70 mg, organic cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum spp.) 70 mg, organic lemon balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) 52.5 mg.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Organic rose hip (Rosa canina), organic sweet orange peel (Citrus sinensis), organic hibiscus flower (Hibiscus sabdariffa).

Each tea bag is safety sealed in a tamper-evident envelope.

Traditional Medicinal Eater’s Digest Peppermint Tea Directions

Adults: Drink 1 cup 2 to 3 times daily after meals.

Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over one tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
