About Lavender Creamed Honey
Not just for aromatherapy, Lavender has been used for centuries for reducing stress, anxiety and as a sleep aid. We infuse our liquid honey with the dried buds and stems of local Organic Lavender for a subtle flavour that pairs delightfully with the floral notes of our Wildflower Honey. Commonly used in nighttime chamomile tea, or stirred into warmed milk, our Lavender Creamed Honey is also delicious on a scone, in homemade salad dressing or as a substitute for regular honey in most baking recipes.
