Medicinal Ingredients
Elemental calcium (carbonate, citrate, HVP* chelate, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate) 350 mg
Elemental magnesium (HVP* chelate, oxide) 175 mg
Elemental potassium (citrate) 10 mg
Elemental zinc (citrate) 5 mg
*HVP: Hydrolyzed vegetable protein (sourced from rice)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.
1-2 tablets daily, preferably with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications. Or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Some people may experience diarrhea. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
