Elemental magnesium (citrate/oxide) 250 mg
Elemental potassium (citrate) 20 mg
Elemental zinc (citrate) 5 mg
Silicon (Equisetum arvense) (aerial) 50 mcg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).
Take 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Some people may experience diarrhea. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
