Rice Flour, Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Stearic Acid (vegetable grade), and Silica
Adult Dosage: Take 2 Capsules daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Some people may experience constipation, diarrhoea and/or vomiting. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
