Elemental magnesium (from fully reacted magnesium bisglycinate) 250 mg
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Phospholipids (from sunflower), acacia gum, malic acid, stevia leaf extract, xanthan gum, natural orange flavour, natural vitamin E, beta-carotene, vegetable glycerin, potassium sorbate, purified water.
Contains no added gluten, nuts, eggs, animal products, dairy products, fish or shellfish, soy, corn, starch, wheat or yeast.
Directions: Adults: Take 1 tbsp 1-2 times per day. Adolescents (9-18 years): Take 1 tbsp 1 time per day.
