Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
Distilled water, amigel.
Contains no fragrance.
Adults: Apply once daily. Apply directly to the skin and rub into muscles.
Shower or wipe away excess after 20 – 30 minutes, to allow time for the magnesium to fully absorb.
