Each tablet contains:
Medicinal Ingredients
Zinc (from Zinc Gluconate) 50 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Cellulose, Tablet Coating (hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source)), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily with meals. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Warnings:
Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Keep out of reach of children.
