Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Rice starch, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water, silica), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

2 capsules, 2 times daily, preferably with a meal, taken a few hours before or after other medications, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Warnings:

For adult use only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have estrogen-dependent cancer, an iron deficiency, or liver disorder, or if you develop symptoms of liver trouble, or if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin.
