INGREDIENTS: 3% Progesterone by volume. Aloe Vera Gel in Purified Water, Glycerin, Oc- tyl Palmitate, Cetyl Alcohol, Natural Vitamin E & Mixed Tocopherols, Almond Oil, Carbamide, Methyl Sulfonyl Methane(MSM), Panthenol, PEG-8 Stearate, Progesterone USP, Polysorbate 65, Capryloyl Glycine(A Lipid and Amino Acid Deri- vative), Hyaluronic Acid(HA), Grapefruit Seed Extract, Sodium Hydroxymethylglycinate(An Amino Acid Derivative), and Carbomer 940.
Use 1/8 to 1/2 teaspoon one 1 to 2 times daily from ovulation until menstruation begins, discontinuing until ovulation, then repeat, or 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily for 21 days, discontinuing for 7 days, and repeat. Massage cream into hands and body, alternating application sites, until absorbed. Individual needs may vary.
