As a Vitamin-mineral supplement: Take 2 Vitamost Formula FLW tablets daily.
For Arterial Cleansing: Take 10 Vitamost Formula FLW tablets per day. Start with 3 at breakfast, 3 with lunch and 4 with dinner. Do not take on an empty stomach.

This product has changed my life. My circulation has caused me problems for over 20 years. I had to walk with a stick 10 years ago at the age of 40. After taking FLW for 3 wks I have been able to walk without my stick. Exercise is a lot easier and just feel more energy. The downside is I placed an order over 4 wks ago, and due to Covid, still haven’t received. Hoping I receive before my last bottle runs out.
