Children / Adolescents 5 – 9 Years: Take 1/8of a measuring cap (2.5ml) daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Adolescents 10 – 14 Years: Take 1/4 of a measuring cap (5ml) daily or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Adults / Adolescents 15+: 1/2 measuring capful (10m1) daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Take at first sign of infection. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
