Medicinal Ingredients
Iron (as Ferrochel™ Iron Bisglycinate) 27 mg
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 50 mg
Folate (as Folic Acid) 200 mcg
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 50 mcg
Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) (Root) 100 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Cellulose, Red Raspberry, Croscarmellose Sodium, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Tablet Coating [water, hypromellose, cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source)], Silica, Magnesiuim Stearate (vegetable source).
Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet once daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Warnings:
If you have allergy or hypersensitivity to members of Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family (eg. anise, caraway, carrot, celery, dill, parsley), do not use this product. Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
