Each caplet contains:
Medicinal Ingredients
L-5-HDP (L-5-Hydroxytryptophan) (Griffonia simplicifolia) (seed)
(99% pure 5-Hydroxytryptophan) 50 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients
Dicalcium calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystaline cellulose, purified water, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), enteric coating
Adults: 1 caplet 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practicioner. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see beneficial effects. For use beyond 1 year, consult a health care practitioner. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 100 mg 2 times daily and slowly increase to 3 times daily over a period of 2 weeks.
Warnings:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have eosinophilia/eosinophilia myalgia syndrome (EMS). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking serotonergic drugs (ie: St. John’s Wart) or if you experience gastrointestinal disturbances. Keep out of reach of children.
