Ingredients:
Elemental Zinc (Gluconate) 50 mg.
Also Contains:
Sorbitol, cellulose, water-soluble cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Contains no salt, starch, gluten, lactose, artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives.
Dosage:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Warnings:
Occasional nausea may be experienced if zinc is taken on an empty stomach. Keep in a cool and dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use of zinc tablets should be limited to short term therapy, such as the treatment of cold symptoms for about 1 week.
Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
