Harmony Balance is a potent multi-herb formula to support hormonal balance and reduce the symptoms of PMS. Many women are unaware that the symptoms they suffer are due to hormonal imbalances. Symptoms such as fluctuating moods, low energy, acne or unhealthy skin, PCOS, irregular periods, no periods. Many women who have ceased taking the contraceptive pill will experience hormonal imbalances.
Harmony Balance uses four herbs Chaste Tree, Dong Quai, Peony, and Bupleurum falcatum root alongside vitamin D3 and B6 to help support PMS symptoms.
Chaste Tree helps to reduce the severity of headaches, irritability and breast tenderness.
Dong Quai and Peony are both tonic herbs traditionally used to help with pain relief and to help improve energy levels.
This formula does not contain Black Cohosh.

Adults:
Starting dose: 2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2–3 months, reduce to maintenance dose as symptoms improve.
